JoAnne died September 24, 2024. in Lancaster, Ca. Born in Washington State, Raised in Santa Barbara Where she leaves behind two daughters Cynthia and Christine Angulo along with her 9 grandchildren. Samuel, Anita ,Cristeena, Elaine, Daniel, Alyssa, Sabrina, Mariano, Christina….. JoAnne comes from a family of 5 Tom, Mary, Martha and Jimmy. Her parents are Emil Ritto and Helen Milanoski. She had a golden heart, she would take off her jacket for anyone. She loved going on vacations to Washington to visit her family. And she loved her grandchildren.
