Jerry Hogan

Jerry Hogan passed away peacefully at Cottage Hospital on July 5, 2019. Due to health problems during the last few years of his life, he decided to return to his spirit body.

Jerry loved Santa Barbara and his many friends very much. He lived in his van when times were rough to be close to them, but eventually found a beautiful apartment. Many thanks to all his wonderful friends who came to visit him during his last days on earth. He loved you all and felt your presence while he was passing.

He is survived by his sister Robin and brother Nick, as well as his beloved friends he considered family, especially best friend Lorton.

Jerry was an upbeat and thoughtful person. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing in the ocean. He was always positive no matter what life threw his way. He was a great guy and will be greatly missed.
