William “Billy” R. Briley, Jr.

Billy was born January 20, 1949 in Santa Barbara, CA to William R. Briley, Sr., and Al-theda Marshall Briley. Billy was an only child, but was always surrounded by his friends and cousins.

Billy attended Franklin School, Santa Barbara Jr. High and graduated from Santa Barbara High in 1967. Billy was active in track and field as a “Don” and was also a member of the football team. He attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California College of Arts and Crafts in 1978. Billy love art and music.

Left to cherish his memory are cousins: Wallace, Geoffrey, Marshall Rowles, Stephanie R. Farmer and his lifelong friend Percy Johnson; along with many, many friends.
