Michael Ernest McCloud

Michael Ernest McCloud passed away on January 31, 2011, following a long illness. Michael was born
May 22, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, moving to Santa Barbara in 1970. He will be most remembered for
his amazing sense of humor and his kindness. Always gregarious, upbeat, and funny, he never met a
stranger. Music was his life-long passion, and he was a talented guitarist and singer. He will be deeply
missed by his family, many friends, musicians, and also his co-workers at Mercer Advisors Inc.; where he
was employed for 15 years.

He is survived by his fiancé, Cindy Doell, daughter Mariah Steward (Ian),Richmond, Virginia; daughter
Rayna Toth (Michael), Arroyo Grande, CA; daughter Tegan McCloud, Santa Barbara; four grandchildren
– Piper and Emmet Stewart, Jason and Zachary Toth. A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday,
February 27, 2011, 4:00PM at Shoreline Park, Santa Barbara, CA.
