By preparing the mind and body with yoga and meditation, you will be more receptive to the transformative benefits of vibrational sound.

The healing qualities of sacred sound assimilate affirmations while creating passageways for physical and emotional release. The tones from the sound healing instruments help achieve balance within ourselves and reveal our internal harmonic symphony!
