FINALLY – YOGA FOR THE “NOT SO YOUNG” BODY. THIS IS A CLASS OF CONDITIONING YOGA MOVEMENTS DESIGNED ESPECIALLY FOR SENIORS. YOU WILL NOT BE: TWISTING INTO A PRETZEL, BALANCING LIKE A STORK, OR ATTEMPTING TO BRING YOUR NOSE TO YOUR KNEES. YOU WILL BE: REGAINING FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE AND STRENGTHENING MUSCLES.

Rose is a Master Yoga and Meditation Teacher and New Thought Minister. Having studied with some of the first masters to bring yoga to the West, She has practiced and taught yoga throughout the US for over 50 years. Nutritional and/or Spiritual Guidance is available with Rose by appointment outside of class time. Gentle movements that help you regain use of neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, ankles, feet, stomach, spine, organs. Movements will be individualized for your particular needs; injuries, surgeries, hip/knee replacements and more. Class is done mainly on floor lying or sitting
