To begin, Christine will guide you through a few Yin Yoga postures to relax your body followed by a sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, a gong, chimes, and other instruments.
Her sound baths are deeply immersive and transformative experience designed to promote relaxation, healing, and inner peace.
