Come join us on Thursday at Scofield Park for Santa Barbara’s only wood carving meetup and learn how to carve a wooden spoon by hand. Beginners and first time carvers are welcome! If you’re a seasoned carver, grab your tools and come hang with us.
The carving tools and wood will be provided to people who don’t have their own (donated by Schaaf Tools). There will also be instruction provided by spoon carvers Caitlin and Sean.
We will bring snacks and refreshments as well (monetary donations welcome but not required – this is a free event!)
Location: Scofield Park – from the parking lot, walk down the road until you reach the benches at the fork. You’ll see us!
