Join us at Santa Barbara Krav Maga for a truly life-changing, genuinely enjoyable seminar designed to take someone with ZERO experience and teach them the basics of self-defense principles that WORK (even if you’re fighting a bigger, stronger opponent). This seminar is for women only, age 14+ (minors must be accompanied by an adult). Not only will you have fun, build confidence, and get a great workout in, but the training may be the determining factor in escaping a dangerous encounter safely. No membership necessary – we warmly welcome the entire community.
