One Body presents, Wisdom Weavers, a monthly movement journey for women in all walks of life.
Join us for an intimate evening of ritual, self-expression and co-creation. As you cross the threshold into our movement space, you will be gently guided to unwind, let go and arrive in full presence. Journey through the elements as intuitive movement guides your way; weaving through the cycles of letting go, calling in, and integrating through celebration and play.
This is an offering for women who are craving depth! This safe, held and connected container will support you to go inward, become your own guide and release any emotions that need moving, using embodied movement, breath and sound. This offering is not an introductory offering, but rather a container for deepening your self growth and inner work. To provide a safe space to unwind physically, mentally, emotionally in ritual with other women.
