“Observe, then adjust” is a famous command of B.K.S. Iyengar’s. But what is it we are supposed to observe, see? And how do we work with what we come upon? This is the paradox of practice: It is precisely through our asana practice that the ability to observe broadens.
Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher Anna Delury will cover how to improve this vital skill. She will cover both the attention needed for the bigger body parts and movement as well as how to “see” the more subtle, “invisible” aspects of the practice. All levels are welcome!
