Learn the basics of building a first aid kit and how to decide which herbs to include.

Join local herbalist Kaylee Cole to learn the basics of building a first aid kit with herbal components, for home, travel, emergency preparedness and more.

We will cover some of the herbs you might want to include, which forms to use them in, and some other items to consider including.

Finally, we will spend some time focused on topical and internal antimicrobial herbs.

This is a FREE ONLINE EVENT put on by the California Chapter of Herbal Medics, an organization that provides free holistic education and community wellness services, especially in times of disaster. Donations to the CA Herbal Medics goes towards buying herbs & supplies to make formulas for the public that they provide through the Digital Community Clinic.
