USPS Operation Santa Comes to Paseo Nuevo

This year, Paseo Nuevo is inviting visitors to partake in the USPS Operation Santa program. Hosted in Paseo’s Peppermint Parlor, the USPS Operation Santa program collects letters addressed to Santa Claus at the North Pole and enables individuals to respond to these letters, nurturing the hopes and dreams of children nationwide. The deadline for sending letters is Sunday, December 10 and all letters must be postmarked by this date.

In addition, through USPS’ Operation Santa, kind-hearted strangers can anonymously send gifts to children, embodying the spirit of ‘Santa’ and creating a touch of Christmas magic for these children.  The deadline for adopting letters is Monday, December 18 before the website closes at 8pm ET. Visitors can immerse themselves in the holiday spirit by writing letters to Santa Claus now through Sunday. The Peppermint Parlor, nestled in North Court of Paseo Nuevo, across from Sephora, warmly welcomes guests now through Friday, from 3pm to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm.

In addition to the USPS Operation Santa program, Peppermint Parlor is an enchanting space that is a hub for holiday festivities. Adorned with festive decorations, the Parlor offers a cozy winter workshop atmosphere, and hosts daily holiday programming, perfect for family fun.
