The VADA Draw: Annual Art Lottery and Cocktail Party

Everyone Goes Home with Art!

Santa Barbara, CA (February 21, 2025)- Santa Barbara High School’s Visual Arts and Design Academy (VADA) is hosting its annual fundraiser on Saturday, March 15, 7-10 PM, at the Community Arts Workshop (631 Garden Street). The entire Santa Barbara community is invited to the VADA Draw – an evening of art, food, beverages, music, and socializing. The highlight of the Draw is the art raffle which guarantees that every guest leaves the event with a piece of art in hand.

Original art pieces for the raffle have been generously donated by both local and national professional artists. It is displayed during the event, giving the community a unique opportunity to view a stunning variety of work and to meet local artists, many of whom will attend the Draw.

VADA Director Daniel Barnett expressed his hopes for this important event which marks the 25th anniversary of the VADA program: “At VADA, we not only foster the growth of individual artists but, together, we also create a vibrant community for artists of all backgrounds. Join us at the VADA Draw 2025 and help us continue to make a lasting impact on the lives of our talented students.”
