On July 31st, join us for an exciting lecture: The Life and Legacy of P-22. This lecture will feature renowned environmental leader, and Regional Executive Director of the California Regional Center of the National Wildlife Federation, Beth Pratt.
The Life and Legacy of P-22
P-22, an iconic wild animal, changed the world and ensured a future for mountain lions in the Santa Monica Mountains. His inspiration led to the construction of the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, a visionary project that will connect a crucial wildlife corridor, preserve biodiversity, and save a local population of mountain lions from extinction. This groundbreaking crossing will be the world’s largest, the first of its kind in California, and a global model for urban wildlife conservation. Join Beth Pratt, the leader of the #SaveLACougars campaign, and learn about P-22’s remarkable story and the dedicated efforts that made the landmark crossing a reality.
