The Faragher Brothers: Family Soul

After performing multiple sold-out shows this past year, THE FARAGHER BROTHERS bring “Family Soul” to The Alcazar Theater! They promise a night of music inspired by Soul, Doo-wop and Funk from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. For the first time since the 70s, they’ll perform every song from their classic “yellow” album, The Faragher Brothers.

Growing up in a Redlands family of 8 siblings, the Faraghers were constantly surrounded by music, and in the mid -70s they formed a family group, The Faragher Brothers. Originally consisting of four brothers, Danny, Jimmy, Davey, and Tommy were later joined by sister Pammy and brother Marty. The Faragher Brothers have recorded 4 albums, appeared on shows including Soul Train and American Bandstand, and toured and performed with artists such as Rufus and Tower of Power. The group has four Grammy nominations and one win among them.

Now The Faragher Brothers have reunited for the first time in 45 years to perform their soulful original songs from the 70s, as well as create new music in the spirit of that era. Family members Charlie and Daisy Faragher join in, to add fresh talent on drums, sax, and vocals. They are also joined by the talents of Danny Moynahan on sax and flute and Marcus Watkins on guitar.
