Our Thanksgiving buffet is a wonderful occasion to come together, filled with lovely dishes and the warmth of shared moments. This festive feast, prepared by Executive Chef Scott Minervini and his culinary team, features all the beloved, traditional holiday classics. While you enjoy your meal in the Reagan Room, soak in the breathtaking ocean view framed by large picturesque windows, overlooking the beauty of East Beach. Highlights from this year’s menu include; brown sugar & bourbon smoked sea salt rubbed turkey, agave & orange glazed heirloom carrots and pumpkin pie crème brulee.
