- The Retreat Day will include dharma teachings, guided meditation and practice of Green Tara Deity Yoga in the Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhist tradition, offered by Venerable Lama Kelsang Dukpa, followed by relevant dharma discussion.
- There is chair seating and you are welcome to bring your own cushions for practice.
- Please be vegetarian during the day, honoring Green Tara practice (no eggs, garlic or onion at breakfast or lunch 🙂
- You are welcome to bring your own bag lunch and picnic on the patio of EMID, or have lunch out nearby EMID at the Marketplace, Goleta.
- Tea and snacks will be available.

- EMID is a lovely white adobe & garden public property on right, with parking lot and street parking on right side of street.
