Sustainable Table Fundraiser for Explore Ecology

Explore Ecology is excited to invite you to an evening of delectable flavors, local food, and inspiring conversation at our Sustainable Table event. The festivities include farm to bar cocktails, live music, and a hyper local feast.

The evening begins with a sunset cocktail hour on the veranda by the sea with farmers’ market-inspired cocktails and acoustic music. Artist Kevin Gleason will be creating a painting inspired by the ocean view. Renowned for his ability to capture the beauty of nature through his art, guests will have the opportunity to watch Kevin Gleason at work.

After the sun sets, guests will enjoy a delicious dinner, where they will learn about the farmers, winemakers, brewers, and chefs who have nurtured each ingredient. Explore Ecology’s School Gardens and Environmental Education programs will also be highlighted.

Celebrate the bounty of Fall, savor the season’s harvest, and support Explore Ecology at Sustainable Table, a farm to table feast and benefit at the Cabrillo Pavilion.
