Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Healing with History, a series of wellness programming at Casa del Herrero, pays tribute to Medora’s interest in mental health by exploring different studies and techniques in a unique, historical setting.

Celebrate the first day of Summer at Casa del Herrero’s with our Summer Solstice Sound Bath. Take a sacred pause to relax and rejuvenate as the sun sets in the distance.

Your instructor will guide you through a grounding meditation and then into a 50-minute Sound Bath experience, all taking place in the stunning allée below the Star Fountain at Casa Del Herrero.Sound therapy is an ancient meditative practice that uses instruments to create healing vibrations around and within the body to encourage a meditative state.

The resounding vibrations throughout the session come from different soothing instruments like sound bowls, chimes, and drums to restore a state of harmony and connection to your inner self. The resonating energy centers you and helps transform and restore your mind and body, encouraging creativity, inspiration, improved sleep, and peace of mind.

Tea will be served after the sound bath with time to build community and enjoy the beautiful gardens and estate. Mats and pillows will be provided, but it is encouraged to dress in layers and bring a blanket for added comfort, as this is an outdoor event.

Admission is $80.

Space is limited. Reservations are required. Parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged.
