Suburbanoid Sound Bath Meditation Saturday July 8, 5:30- 6:30 PM at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center.

Suburbanoid performs a blissful 60 minute sound bath meditation experience featuring instruments including Fusion Sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, Gong, guitar with electric bow, sound loops, ocean drum, Koshi chimes and vocals. Followed by tea.

Relieve your stress. Relax, reconnect and recenter yourself.
Music and sound help with meditation concentration by focusing the mind.

It can help to create positive harmonious vibrations and ease one into a state of deep relaxation.This allows the body, mind, and spirit to rejuvenate and heal.
