This deep resonance sound bath meditation will allow the body to relax deeply and peacefully. Automatically leading into deeper meditative states and a gradual transcendence. Jim of Suburbanoid will facilitate a special 60 minute calm deep resonance sound meditation. This will be followed by a 15 min creative meditation for peace guided also by sound. Finishing with a cup of tea on the patio overlooking the Ojai valley.
This sound meditation will feature instruments that include a set of Crystal singing bowls tuned in 432hz, a Baglama (a Turkish stringed instrument ), Charango( Peruvian stringed instrument), gong, koshi chimes, kalimba, ocean drum, vocals and more.
