Sound Bath Healing

Lauren Barker, Sound Therapist & Reiki Master will be offering a deeply immersive & Reiki infused sound bath meditation. You will be guided through breath work & meditation to clear anxieties and call forth the love that lives within you.

As the sound begins, Lauren will share her unique gift of singing the body back into harmony so you leave with a wholesome, safe, and balanced state of mind, body & spirit.

As we complete the sound bath you notice a release of feelings and energies you didn’t even know you were holding onto and walk away feeling bliss and embodying joy.
