Breaking Stereotypes: Addressing Drugs and Alcohol Abuse in the Lives of Unhoused Citizens

The Committee for Social Justice is proud to present the fourth edition in our Film Series on Homelessness.

This month, our focus is on ‘Breaking Stereotypes: Addressing Drugs and Alcohol Abuse in the Lives of Unhoused Citizens.’

We will feature a selection of films that poignantly depict the challenges faced by unhoused individuals in relation to substance abuse.

Following the screenings, we will host an engaging panel discussion with guest speakers, complemented by a question-and-answer session. Guests are also invited to enjoy a variety of refreshments and snacks provided at the event.
