Your local downtown Santa Barbara Lawn Bowls Club is hosting a second Open House on Sunday, Aug 13th! Bring a friend and drop by 1216 De La Vina Street anytime between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m.
Have you ever wondered about the people you see playing on the green open space on De la Vina? Looking for an excuse to spend more time outside in beautiful SB? Or a low impact way to stay active? Now is the time for an introduction to the wonderful sport of lawn bowls!
Club members will be giving lessons where you can try your hand at this addictive game. All you need are flat soled shoes, we provide the rest.
An activity for adults of all ages, come learn about the benefits of membership, public events like our Twilight league, and enjoy some snacks and refreshments.
All attendees are eligible for a prize drawing, which will include SBLBC swag and a chance to win a free registration for our popular Twilight league, an $80 value!
