Free one-hour docent-guided tours are offered Monday through Friday at 10:30 AM, except for Court holidays, and every day at 2:00 PM, with no tours on December 25th. Reservations are not required. Visit the Docent Council website, https://sbcourthouse.org/, for a link to a list of Court holidays and more information. Tours begin in the Mural Room where a trained docent will meet you to guide you through the building and gardens, highlighting the history of this National & State Historic Landmark with a focus on the artisans, architects and community leaders who brought it into being.
In addition to regularly scheduled tours, private group tours and guided group Clock Gallery visits are available by reservation. Visit the Docent Council website for details.
Self-guided and virtual tours are always available on the Docent Council website, and visitors can find QR code signs linking to tours at various locations around the Courthouse.
