Santa Barbara Unified School Board Candidate Forum
Join The Santa Barbara Independent on Wednesday, October 2 at 5:30 pm to hear from the Candidates running for the Santa Barbara Unified School District at The Unitarian Society in Parish Hall, moderated by our News Reporters Callie Fausey and Ryan P. Cruz.
This is a free event and everyone is welcome. To allow for an uninterrupted forum, we ask that all audience members hold their applause during the program. Applause will be allowed at the conclusion of the debate. This event will be livestreamed to the DP news youtube channel, recorded, and a Spanish translator will be present.
Moderators Callie Fausey and Ryan P. Cruz will take turns asking questions, allowing each candidate an opportunity to respond. We will end with two-minute closing statements. Public questions will not be taken to account for timing.
