Rosie Flores & Grey DeLisle + Special Guests LIVE

The Stone Pine Sessions is proud to present 2024 NEA National Heritage Fellow Rosie Flores (with special guest Eleanor Whitmore) and Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Grey DeLisle (backed by Eddie Clendening and the Blue Ribbon Boys) live in concert at Stone Pine Hall in Lompoc, California!

This unique, intimate event will benefit the Lompoc Theatre Project’s mission to restore the historic Lompoc Theatre, a 1927 stage and screen venue in the heart of Lompoc’s downtown district.

It’ll be a special night with some absolute LEGENDS of American roots music:

Born in San Antonio, Texas, Rosie Flores has has been slinging guitar for more than four decades, from her cow-punk days with the Screamin’ Sirens and on down a long, long road through Nashville and Bakersfield country, straight-up rockabilly, and even some jazz in between. All along, she’s been a tireless advocate, bringing pioneering artists like Wanda Jackson and Janis Martin back into the spotlight where they’ve always belonged.

Rosie’s bringing some friends, too: Dusty Wakeman, a prolific engineer, producer, and bass player has lent his many skills to albums by Dwight Yoakam, Lucinda Williams, and Buck Owens. Special Guest Eleanor Whitmore’s vocal and multi-instrumental talents grace projects by her bands The Mastersons and The Whitmore Sisters, and have taken her to the Grand Ole Opry as a member of Steve Earle and the Dukes.

The multi-talented singer/songwriter/comedian/voice actress Grey DeLisle has several albums under her belt, earning a Grammy award for her haunting vocal performance on Beautiful Dreamer: The Songs of Stephen Foster. Fresh off their European tour, Grey will be backed by longtime picker trio Eddie Clendening and the Blue Ribbon Boys.
