You deserve a break! Invest in your own well-being by allowing yourself to just be a human in nature. Nature connection is inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, which translates to “forest bathing.” No outdoor experience needed.
Join certified nature and forest therapy guide Tamara Murray of Nature Connection Santa Barbara and certified sound practitioner Asura Serra of Music of the Spheres for this unique guided experience. You can expect:
