Join us on Friday August 9th, 2024 for a special late-night intention workshop and rebirth ceremony!
Three experienced wellness practitioners will collaborate to support you.
This 3.5-hour journey begins at 9pm with journal writing to identify the energy and habits you would like to let go, creating space for what you desire in your life.
Free movement led by the rhythm of Rich Heiser’s drum and Asura’s gongs then opens the mind-body connection.
A tailored sound journey then facilitates our flow into deep dreaming, introspective moments.
While Mitsuko Conner Newlan facilitates the sound journey, Asura will provide light massage, stretching and craniosacral work.
We will close the evening with a powerful rebirth ceremony followed by nurturing, gentle sound to send you on your new path.
