Nathan Turner’s Holiday Workshop

WHAT:  

Alisal Ranch and acclaimed interior designer and author Nathan Turner are back together again to kick off the holiday season with an expanded holiday workshop held from November 30 – December 2, 2022, along with the unveiling of a limited-time holiday pop-up shop, selling camp ware, porcelain and plate ware designed and curated by Nathan Turner exclusively for Alisal Ranch.  

Nathan Turner—who completed a redesign of the property’s namesake Turner House in 2019—is hosting another California-inspired soiree complete with a packed itinerary of holiday entertaining workshops, dinners, and holiday cocktails, all inspired by his beloved California country ranch style. This all-inclusive experience with who the Los Angeles Times calls “the Martha Stewart of the Golden State” continues to be an annual favorite for ranch guests.  

As a kickstart to the holiday season, the three-day, two-night experience includes an in-room welcome amenity customized by Turner, daily breakfast, dinner, and drinks, a holiday luncheon and wreath-making demonstration, two cocktail receptions, a yoga and wellness session, dinner with Turner, VIP access to the pop-up shop unveiling, complimentary wine tastings at nearby winery & tasting room destinations, and plenty of take-home gifts. 

This year, the curated pop-up shop is new to the itinerary. Guests of the workshop will get exclusive early access on December 1 during a cocktail reception and unveiling by curator Nathan Turner. Then, the pop-up will be open to the public for a limited time, from December 2 – 3 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., where shoppers can expect a variety of home and entertaining goods designed by Turner exclusively for Alisal Ranch. In addition, the pop-up will offer complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning and wine and beer in the afternoon, activities for kids, custom gift-wrapping and more. 

COST:

WHO: 

This package is for adults only, 18 years and older. Tickets may be purchased by the general public (aged 18+), overnight guests, and Alisal Ranch signature club members.
