Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Congregation is happy to welcome Reba Troon to our Music on the Patio concert series on Sunday, January 5, from 11:30AM-12:15PM. Please join us for a cup of coffee, some snacks, and wonderful music.
Award-winning singer-songwriter, recording artist, and teacher Rebecca Troon shares beautiful music that ranges from hilarious to heart-wrenching while accompanying herself on guitar, banjo, and percussion. She also sings and plays banjo, fiddle, bodhrán, and tin whistle with Santa Barbara’s crowd-pleasing Honeysuckle Possums string band. Rebecca has been writing songs for more than 40 years.
“On stage, Rebecca shines with warmth and delight. Her songs are windows into a life of love and a heart deep as the sea. She delivers them with a voice that is playful, soulful, and sultry, with just the right touch of twang.”
