Mindful Meditation for Lawyers

with Attorney Arnold Jaffee

Fridays 12:30-1 pm

Mindfulness Meditation for Lawyers can help members of the legal community reduce stress, boost performance, better concentration and find an inner refuge. Meditation can provide calm, focused attention as well as greater resilience, effectiveness and happiness. The session will be a 25-minute guided meditation practice.
