~ Self-Care Beyond Bubble Baths ~
“True self-care is not salt baths and chocolate cake, it is making the choice to build a life you don’t need to regularly escape from.” — Brianna Wiest
If you are ready to let go of anything that no longer serves you and are ready to invite in healthy and nurturing self-care rituals, this mini-workshop is for you!
Participants will be:
introduced to new healthy life-enhancing rituals, which will replace the ritual of comfort eating (or drinking) during stressful times.
Encouraged to take charge of their physical and emotional well-being, and to explore new calming and self-nurturing rituals.
Guided to practice mindful self-compassion exercises.
It is encouraged to journal about what to let go of and what to bring into their lives.
Empowered to discover what their “heart is hungry for” and to design small action steps, which can easily be implemented into their daily routine.
Gaining a deeper understanding of cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness practices.
Sharing their story with like-minded participants, who are ready to shift to a higher level of awareness and greater self-care, and to fill their inner self-love reservoir.
Assured that this will be a “safe space” for connecting and sharing.
