If you listen to these sounds long enough, you may fall into sleep or drift away from the endless mind chattering by focusing on each sound. This is like a music therapy but unlike traditional music therapy, which uses organized, well-composed songs, we enjoy simple and authentic sound without any set of melody or rhythm. Tibetan/Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Voices, Bells and Rattles are used to reduce stress by giving your mind a chance to wander into a deeper relaxation and help you improve overall well being.
