with Chloe Conger 6 days Saturdays + Sundays February 9 February 24 / 2:30-4 PM $20 drop-in or $90 for the whole series (= $15/class) Notice how it feels in the body to hold on, to try to control. You dont have to live in that habitual contraction. Learn how to let go and live in flow with the moving meditation of qigong. This ancient practice helps you stop the struggle, dissolve stress, and soothe your nervous system. As we flow with increasing ease and effortlessness, our natural aliveness- our innate vitality and peace- is revealed. We will ultimately land in stillness with meditation and restorative yoga. Join Chloe Conger for a 3 weekend series introducing you to the practice of Radiant Heart Qigong. For every body. The ultimate complement to seated meditation (indeed a meditation in itself!), we will enjoy a guided sit together at the end. Come for any one class or enjoy the whole series. Dates + Times Saturday February 9 / 2:30-4:00pm Sunday February 10 / 2:30-4:00pm Saturday February 16 / 2:30-4:00pm Sunday February 17 / 2:30-4:00pm Saturday February 23 / 2:30-4:00pm Sunday February 24 / 2:30-4:00pm To register click here. Chloe has studied qigong with many teachers, and is currently training in Radiant Heart Qigong with Teja Bell. She has been teaching yoga for 22 years, and has studied meditation for 11, mainly in the Theravada tradition of Vipassana via Spirit Rock. She is also an Embodiment Teacher in the Philip Shepherd tradition. In 2013 she did her first month long silent meditation retreat, and Byron Katies School for the Work. She is a member of the Teachers Council of Roaring Fork Insight. She has found her deepest calling getting out of her head, and deeply absorbed into the easeful, ecstatic, moving meditation of Qigong. She seeks not to fix or change or educate anyone, but to support others to come home to their true nature; to connect with their own effortless wisdom, peace, and wholeness- to remember who they really are.
