Free event with Dr. Clarence Ing, MD, MPH, international speaker, former consultant to Singapore Ministry of Health and Education, Singapore Airlines, Motorola, Hewlett Packard, etc. refreshments including Carotid Ultrasound Examination. Two-day event, Saturday and Sunday, October 7 and 8, 2023. Saturday 4 sessions from 11:30am-5pm and Sunday 6 sessions from 10am-5pm.
Topics cover good and bad proteins, brain food, blood sugar, phytochemical, stress, cholesterol, cancer, choices and success, carotid ultrasounds, Q&A at end of each topic.
