In this meditation session, we’ll move beyond talking about anxiety to discover techniques that actually help you shift into a compassionate, confident, calm state that is always available to you.

Feeling a bit anxious about attending your first group meditation? Perfect! We’ll have some anxiety to work with. No experience is needed—just your willingness to explore new ways of finding ease. In this meeting, we’ll be using effective strategies for anxiety management, drawn from psychology research, and based on effortless mindfulness and nondual practices. You’ll leave with tools you can easily incorporate into your daily life, helping you cope with stress and anxiety long after our time together.
