Being a mother is undoubtedly the one of the greatest experiences that come with joy and challenges. This special intimate gathering aims to support your emotional and physical being with the beautiful and nurturing sound of alchemy singing bowls mixed with bodywork. [ About 10 min of bodywork]
While you comfortably lie on the floor with the intricate and loving sound of singing bowls, you can also get a gentle hand, foot massage or any parts of your body that need attention. You give yourself unconditionally to your baby, this is your time to relieve loving and compassionate care.
Those who want to get pregnant are also welcome to join us!! (This class provides VERY GENTLE sound and bodywork . However, please follow your physician’s advice and your own intuition if you have a history of miscarriage or having any difficulty with your pregnancy.) Limited to 6 participants
