Gentle, mindful walk to connect with nature with certified guide Tamara Murray. Join us for a morning at Alice Keck Park Memorial Garden, the “crown jewel of city parks.”
Nature connection walks, sometimes referred to as forest bathing, are gentle, mindful walks inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku and are associated with health and well-being. Tamara is certified as a guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
“The highlight was being introduced to how to look past all the chaos of everyday life.” — Low Tide Beach Walk participant
