Funday Saturday schedule:
10am-10:30am Power flow
10:45am-11:15am Vin to Yin
11:30am-12:30pm Creative Expression (Free style art )
12:45pm to1:15pm Yin and Sound
Each yoga classes are 30 minutes long and we will have time for Q&A.
