Free Online Class – Supplementing the Modern Diet

Learn what vitamins and minerals are missing from the Standard American Diet and how to best supplement what we need back in.

Join nutritionist Justine Perrizo in understanding how soil depletion, processed food and pollution has effected the mineral and vitamin content of even the most healthy diet, but especially in the SAD diet.

We will discuss some of the most common deficiencies, how to spot them and how to get these vital nutrients into our daily routine with supplementation and wisdom traditions. We will apply this knowledge to how to better care for our immune, endocrine, digestive and cardiovascular systems.

Justine is a Santa Barbara local and UCSB graduate of Environmental Science and has a Masters in Education. Professionally her time is spent teaching Yoga, running her herbal latte company Moon Magic Herbs, and providing sliding scale nutritional/lifestyle consultations for women. Justine is a forever student of nutritional science, natural medicine and wisdom traditions. Her mission is to empower people to learn about and take their health back into their own hands.
