Locals and guests can experience the magic of Christmas at San Ysidro Ranch with a four-course holiday dinner on December 25, paired with exquisite wines and festive touches that reflect the elegance and charm of the Ranch.

Meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Matt Johnson and his talented culinary team, San Ysidro Ranch’s pre-fixe Christmas menu is available on Christmas Day (December 25) from 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Guests can choose from five robust entrée options: Crispy Skin California Striped Bass, New Zealand Ora King Salmon En Croute, Guajillo Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast, SRF Wagyu Ribeye Filet Flambeed Tableside, and Slow Braised Colorado Lamb Shank. Starter, soup, and dessert highlights include Jerusalem Artichoke Bisque, Seared Maine Diver Scallop, and a signature Gingerbread Yule Log, among others.

Cost: $255/ per person. Wine pairings are available for an additional charge.
