This year’s event will proudly feature a special tribute honoring the life and work of Black poet Sojourner Kincaid Rolle with a poetry program hosted by Sade Champagne, live music from Alla McKeon and the the Rahkas, live DJ set, children’s book reading by Betty K. Bynum and Joshua B. Drummond, indigenous drum circle, rock painting, and a closing ceremony performance lead by local Chumash group Tolteka Izkalot.
