This practice uses a mixture of majestic instruments, such as crystal bowls, chimes, gongs and maybe even a didgeridoo to promote healing to different energy centers (chakras) in your body. This is a magnificent way to promote deep relaxation, expansion of consciousness, and open the body’s energetic system.
