This free online workshop is about beginning to learn how to shift one’s perspective from being a victim, to seeing the world, and other people, entirely differently. It is about staying embodied and not merging. It’s also about managing the stress of the current trying times that we find ourselves in. It is about being a profound witness to other people’s pain and issues but not absorbing, feeling or being negatively affected by them.

About the presenter, Erick Hudson:

28 years of working in psychiatric nursing taught Erick a lot about having good boundaries. He has also been practicing martial arts and Tai Chi for several decades.

Erick currently has a private practice as a Holistic Health practitioner. I have studied Buddhism and various styles of meditation. He has taught for 10 years at Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute.
