Class Description: Learn sugar cookie basics that you can place in any Easter basket! Covering everything from baking to decorating.
This class will cover the following:
- Making, baking, and cutting out sugar cookie dough
- Mixing and coloring royal icing. Learning about different royal icing consistencies
- Decorate sugar cookies – learn how to plan out your cookie designs using an outline consistency and then flooding in with color. Create some wet-on-wet designs with flood colors, as well as details with outline consistency. Learn how to pipe freehand letters onto cookies.
