Positive Self-Image Workshop** Each Wednesday in June,2019
The Breast Cancer Resource Center is offering an uplifting series of workshops designed to provide tools to enhance your sense over overall well-being during or following cancer treatment. It is not uncommon for certain physical changes associated with breast cancer treatment to have a negative impact on how you see yourself. However, it is possible to learn how to improve your perspective and restore self-esteem.
Join us each Wednesday in June (5, 12, 19, and 26) for a variety of interactive workshops to benefit from experts regarding:
- Benefits of good nutrition, Beauty tips unique to cancer patients
- Revitalize sexuality and intimacy
- How experiencing gratitude can generate positive feelings which can improve overall sense of well-being
