Calling all culinary connoisseurs! Ojai Valley Inn will be hosting two mouthwatering events in their new epicurean and event center, The Farmhouse, on Saturday, September 21. Commencing at 11:00 AM PT, Ruth Reichl, acclaimed American chef, author, and culinary editor, will be celebrating the release of her latest book with an exclusive signed copy accompanied by a family-style inspired lunch. Ms. Reichl has been honored with six James Beard Awards and has appeared as a judge on Top Chef Masters.

In the evening, experience Chef Michael Cimarusti’s extensive knowledge and appreciation for seafood. At his flagship Providence, Cimarusti has created elegant and contemporary seafood-centric cuisine for over a decade, earning the 2019 James Beard Award for Best Chef: West, and two highly coveted Michelin stars.

The evening’s festivities will begin with the debut and tasting of Nikolas and Julia Krankl’s wine label, FÆTHM, paired with hors d’oeuvres from Nancy Silverton’s culinary team. A family-style “seafood feast” by Chef Cimarusti will feature some of the treasures of the local ocean waters and will include sommelier-curated wine pairings.
