Compline with Story and Sound

An evening service intended for rest and contemplation. Compline is led by the Rev. Sarah Thomas. Begins with synthesized ambient music by DJ artist, Andrew Elia, then a transition with loose-leaf brewed herbal tea, and concludes with the opportunity to hear a person share a personal story. This month’s storyteller is Julie Hayes Nadler, an earth loving, song-singing woman in transition who will be sharing about her grief, surrender, resilience and grace-filled journey of becoming late D/deafened. Incense and candlelight are used during the service. Trinity is an LGBTQ+ welcoming and affirming congregation.  www.trinitysb.org/compline
